a easy way to make you a yummy delicious chicken kebab. *First you need your chicken fillet, properly washed
*Then you need a marinade of yogurt. You're probably thinking, What does that mean, right?
( Marination is the process of soaking foods in a seasoned, often acidic, liquid before cooking, made with ingredients such as vinegar, lemon juice, or wine, In addition to these ingredients, a marinade often contains oils, herbs, and spices to further flavor the food items. It is commonly used to flavor foods and to tenderize tougher cuts of meat; so instead of making an acidic base marinade, a yogurt (enzymatic) base marinade is used.
How to make a yogurt marinade?
An easy to make yogurt marinade is a mix ↓
* Yogurt, olive oil, 2 tbs of lemon, paprika, cumin, cinnamon (optional), chilli, garlic, and seasoning cubes.
* Cover and keep your marinated chicken in a tightly sealed plate/bowl for exactly 1 hr.
* Wipe the marinade off each piece. You don't need to completely rinse it; you just don't want it drippy.* Coat each side with a mild quantity of salt, fresh ground black pepper, and 4 tbs of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Yes, it’s perfectly safe to cook chicken kebabs in the oven; turn every 3-4 minutes. After about 10 minutes, start spot-checking your kebabs for doneness; as always, just check that they are cooked through before serving. You could also add in extra vegetables, like peppers or onions, or lettuce for dressing.
Voila, your juicy, delicious chicken kebab is ready.
